  • Lithium-ion batteries last 10 times longer because they’re efficient. This means your vehicle and gear last longer when it matters.
  • Compared to regular lead batteries, they weigh up to 75% less.
  • They can charge up to 100% super fast. Sometimes, it only takes 30 minutes. On the other hand, old-style lead batteries charge way slower, only up to 80%.
  • Even in cold, tough weather, golf cart lithium battery gives more than 85% power. Acid batteries lose nearly 35%.
  • You don’t have to keep golf cart lithium batteries standing up like old batteries. So, they fit in many places to meet your power needs.
  • They’re almost no work to take care of. Over time, acid batteries can leak. This can make the battery ends rot and harm your gear for a long time.

When choosing golf cart batteries, the following factors should determine the appropriate battery capacity and specifications:

Battery Weight

Lightweight batteries help reduce the vehicle load, and it is recommended to choose batteries weighing less than 50 kilograms to enhance the vehicle’s range and maneuverability.

Battery Capacity

Capacity is mainly calculated in ampere-hours (Ah), which is a key factor significantly affecting the golf cart’s endurance. A common golf cart requires at least a 100Ah capacity battery, equipped with a corresponding battery management system to ensure optimal performance.

Voltage Requirements

Choose the appropriate voltage specifications according to the vehicle’s power needs, such as a 48V system suitable for most standard golf carts.

Number of Batteries

Consider the number of batteries needed to meet power requirements; usually, one set of batteries can provide sufficient endurance.

Cycle Life

Choose batteries with a cycle life of over 1500 cycles to ensure long-term economic and reliable use.

Our LiFePO4 batteries are designed to provide stable power output for the frequent start and stop conditions of golf carts, with high transient power output capability, ensuring smooth acceleration performance every time the vehicle starts.

The battery has excellent temperature stability and shock resistance, maintaining stable power output even on slippery or uneven terrain, ensuring smooth travel of the cart.

Under normal use, our batteries can provide more than 1500 charge and discharge cycles, with a service life of up to 5-7 years, far exceeding that of traditional lead-acid batteries.

The low self-discharge rate of the battery allows it to maintain sufficient power even after long periods of inactivity, suitable for seasonal use of golf carts. It is also recommended to replenish the charge to half capacity every 2-3 months during long-term storage to maintain optimal performance.

Typically, a 100Ah battery can be fully charged in about 4 hours using a 25A charger, meeting the driving range requirements for a 36-hole golf course.

We use power-type lithium iron phosphate cells, with a cell life of 3000 cycles, and the battery pack can provide more than 1500 charge and discharge cycles, with a service life of up to 5 years.

 Our LiFePO4 batteries can maintain stable performance at high temperatures up to 60 degrees and low-temperature environments down to minus 20 degrees, adapting to various climatic conditions.

No special maintenance is needed; just regularly check the battery charge and connections, keep the battery clean, and avoid not charging after long periods of non-use.
